- Rachelle Garcia Seliga
Why does motherhood so often feel so ... hard?
We want to be happy. We want to be joyous. And yet we're .. not.
Our Western system is failing mothers in a catastrophic way.
Carrying, birthing, and nurturing a baby is the most profoundly intense thing the human body can do

Turning towards our intuitive knowing and the practices of our ancestors can help
One-on-one sessions with Sami can provide guidance on how to approach:
with mindfulness and ease. Sessions can be tailored to fit your concerns around nutrition, labor, managing and avoiding health issues, caring for babies naturally, and essential preparation for the postpartum period.
Sami is a graduate student in Natural Medicine, a doula with almost a decade of experience, and a mother.
