Paige has been practicing yoga for fifteen years and is currently taking a 200 hour yoga instructor training under Sami at The Cure Studios. For the past six years she has represented several brands in the natural health industry; assisting clients in making healthy choices and educating on the vast benefits of alternative medicine.
She practices what she preaches at home with her son, knowing that the right tools and support will allow him to flourish and make informed decisions with his health and body.
In her free time Paige loves all-season surfing in New England and attributes yoga and movement to her strength, balance and ability to thrive in the moment.

Matt is a former college lacrosse player and triathlete that was initially drawn to yoga for athletic recovery and increased flexibility. As his practice developed he began to see equal - if not more - benefits from the meditation and mindfulness aspects of the practice. Matt's classes are an empowering blend of physical strength, breath work, and meditation skills. Off the mat, he is a husband and father of 3 beginner yogis.
Samantha was intuitively called to movement practices in search of healing. This calling was not initially met with joyous excitement, as the fears of being too fat, too out of shape, and too tired started to creep in. It was through her yoga practice that Samantha was able to start to face those stories and begin to dismantle them, internally. Her offering is to create a space where all bodies and all abilities can feel safe and empowered to find their own healing through intuitive movement and meditation.
Samantha is a high school special education teacher who earned her 200-hr certification through Breathe for Change, an organization for classroom teachers designed to support the wellness of students and teachers through yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and social emotional learning opportunities. Her intention is to empower people to harness their self-care practices to manifest restorative justice for themselves and others.

Always a lover of movement, Louisa was first introduced to yoga by her dance teacher in high school, but it wasn't until after college that she truly fell in love with the way her asana practice ignited her awareness in all aspects of her life, both on and off the mat.
Her journey took her through many different styles of yoga and ultimately to the completion of her 200hr certification in krama vinyasa from Illumina Yoga. She has since added certifications in dance fitness and barre.
Louisa believes that yoga is truly for every body. Her yoga is infused with dance to create a dynamic flow and she incorporates elements of trauma-informed instruction to create a welcoming environment for all to safely explore their own natural movement.
Erin’s vinyasa classes are fluid, dynamic and accessible. Her spirited and heart centered approach allows her to hold practitioners of all levels in sacred space as she invites them to move with intention and transformation in mind.
Erin's yoga studies began in 2000, and have carried her through many traditions and styles, eventually leading Erin to Prana Vinyasa Flow in 2006, a full spectrum approach to living & practicing yoga created by Shiva Rea. Erin has been honored to assist Shiva around the globe throughout her 500 hour teacher training and beyond.
Erin also holds a Masters in Education, and has taught elementary art since 2002. For Erin, yoga is yet another art form with which to express her creativity.
Yoga has also quite literally saved Erin’s life. She credits her twenty year practice with the immense courage and strength she called upon to birth & grieve her son Samuel’s passing at 22 weeks, as well as the ability to process and release the many layers of grief from her sister Samantha’s sudden passing in 2002. As a griefwarrior, Erin truly knows that a dynamic & embodied practice is what has set her free.
Katy has been teaching fitness since college and holds an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America Certification in Group Fitness as well as training in Cize Live, Zumba, Zumba Kids, Zumba Tone, Buti, Hot Buti, Buti Sculpt and Buti HotCore! Katy believes that group exercise is about treating your body with love and respect in order to TAKE UP space, not to reduce or punish yourself.
Her classes can be INTENSE as she likes to go hard, but she encourages everyone to respect where their body is on that day and always gives appropriate modifications and levels so that everyone feels safe and comfortable in my classes. There is no competition tolerated when you step into one of her classes; no one is here to "fitness better"! Her teaching style is about moving in whatever way you can and body LOVE - and more often than not about giggling at ourselves (or swearing at her, if need be)! Katy has suffered with disordered eating and body dysmorphia for most of her life and still struggles; teaching empowers her to celebrate what her body CAN do rather than punishing it. She likes to celebrate successes that have nothing to do with numbers on a scale or a clothing tag! Most of all, she loves to move her body with joy and to watch her students do that same!

Alana views movement and dance as more than just a physical practice, but rather a practice that can depend our relationship to our mind, body, and spirit and bring us “home” to ourselves. Their technical dance background consists of over twenty years in various forms including Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Breakdancing, Tribal Fusion Bellydance, and West African. When Alana went to study Choreography and Wellness at Bennington College, their studies of improvisation led them to explore who they are as an artist rather than an image of what they thought they should look like.
Movement has been a place of healing for Alana - healing from surgeries, self criticism, and body dysmorphia so there is a focus on body positivity and self exploration in all their classes. Alana is committed to embracing and empowering ALL BODIES through dance. After working with dance companies in New York and Atlanta, Alana returned to Maine and embraced their gender-fluid plus-size goddess nature! Alana is increasingly interested in work exploring self-care, wellness, identity, body image and community. When not dancing, they can be found teaching consent-based sex education, swimming in the ocean, or laughing in cute tea shops!
